The Board and MSI wanted to send an update to the residents regarding the landscaping status and current issues around the community. The Board and MSI completed a walk through with the Grounds Contractor, Environmental Landworks, on April 30, 2024, to identify the areas of the grounds that needed to be addressed. The Board received several proposals for work in the common areas to include cleaning up the landscape areas along the greenway. Due to unforeseen irrigation system controller issues, the association has not moved forward with these proposals yet. This has been repaired, and the watering has been adjusted to bring life back to the dry areas of grass. The Board and MSI are aware of the current state of landscaping and working to come up with plans to resolve them in a timely, as well as fiscally responsible way.
